Lecturer Rachel Brozenske teaches in the Strategy, Ethics and Entrepreneurship area at the Darden School, where she teaches Innovation, Design, and Entrepreneurship in Action (IDEA) in the residential and part-time programs. She is a co-author of The Designing for Growth Field Book.

When not at Darden, Brozenske is the Vice President of Allison Partners, an organizational development consulting practice based in Charlottesville. A former graphic designer and digital production manager, her current work focuses on learning in an organizational context. She is a member of the design and delivery teams for leadership development programs for several global clients and has taught throughout Europe, Asia, and the Americas. In addition, she serves as an executive coach and consultant with expertise in organizational structure, performance management, and team facilitation.

Brozenske is a board member of Light House Studio and the Charlottesville Center for Contemporary Arts. She is a graduate of Washington State University (B.A., business administration) and received her MBA from the Darden School in 2001. Brozenske and her husband live in downtown Charlottesville.
