Ke is a postdoctoral research associate in the Leadership & Organizational Behavior area at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. His research consists of two streams, both with important implications for organizational functioning and employee well-being. In the first stream, he studies how people manage their feelings, especially in challenging situations. In the second stream, he examines the role of emotion in judgment and decision-making, aiming to help employees and managers make better decisions regarding their social, health, and professional outcomes. Ke has published research in leading journals, including Nature Human Behaviour, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, Affective Science, and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes
