Jenny is a Senior Researcher at the Institute for Business and Society (IBiS) and the Olsson Center. She has written over 300 case studies, teaching notes, and technical notes. Additionally, she produced the documentary film, Fishing with Dynamite, which premiered at the Virginia Film Festival, October 2019, winning the Commonwealth Award. The film is currently in digital release. Jenny also produced and directed "Leadership and Theater: Ethics, Innovation, and Creativity," a web application and documentary about R. Edward Freeman's Darden School of Business School course on Leadership lessons from the theater, 2009.
Prior to joining Darden, Jenny worked in Hollywood developing films for both Paramount Pictures and MGM/United Artists. Jenny is also an award-winning playwright whose short plays have been produced nationally and internationally.
