Part-Time MBA - Tuition, Fees, and Billing Information

2024-2025 Academic Year Tuition and Fees

The Student Information System (SIS) is the system of record for all student-related information including unofficial transcripts, grades, billing, and financial aid. Once admitted, students will have access to the SIS.  Tuition bills will be made available to admitted students, electronically via UVAPay in the SIS.

For the PT MBA program, the tuition and fees listed below are the per credit charges for students beginning August 2024:

• PT MBA Tuition: $2,523 per credit
• Darden PT MBA Meals: $52 per credit
• Darden PT MBA Case Fees: $18 per credit 

Tuition and Fees Schedule

Tuition and fees are billed twice in the first year (prior to the start of the fall and spring semesters) and three times each subsequent year (prior to the start of the summer, fall, and spring semesters). Admission deposits will be credited against the first year fall semester bill.

Billing dates for the 2024-2025 academic year are available below. Billing dates for subsequent academic years will be shared with enrolled students via the Darden Enterprise Portal. 

If you will be using student loans to finance any portion of the costs, please refer to the Cost of Attendance budget for information on expenses that can be covered with financial aid.
