MBA Class Visits
Observe a Darden Class
We welcome all prospective students to visit the University of Virginia Darden School of Business Grounds! Class visits are a great way to observe the case method firsthand, and to get to know Darden students, faculty and staff. We host these visit opportunities throughout the academic year, and dates will be posted quarterly as the academic schedule is confirmed.
Class visitors will be paired with a student host to observe an MBA class. Since participants are matched with a student host during their visit, we are unable to accommodate any class visit registrations within 48 hours of the class time. All visitors are invited to join the Darden community for First Coffee. This daily long-standing tradition takes place during the break between the first and second classes of the day. Students, faculty and staff take this opportunity to chat and catch up with each other under the cupola in Saunders Hall.
To make the most of your Darden visit, our team suggests visitors reach out to our student club leaders or Student Ambassadors to schedule a coffee chat during First Coffee or after class. Come prepared with specific questions and use this valuable time to gain perspective on the Darden culture and students’ unique experiences.
Class visits have now resumed! Prospective students will need to create an account in order to register for a class visit.
