How to Earn It
Earn a Darden Certificate in Corporate Aviation Management by completing the following three programs, listed in the recommended order for participation:
- Managing the Corporate Aviation Function - Develop the industry insights, management techniques and hands-on experience you need to become a high-performance manager in corporate aviation. You’ll take away a broadened industry perspective that will empower you to make more competitive and strategic choices.
- Developing Leadership Capability in the Corporate Aviation Function - Increase the influence and organizational integration of chief pilots and other aviation managers. You’ll learn to think more strategically and create high-performing service operations while uncovering real-life solutions to industry challenges.
- Leading Change in the Corporate Aviation Function - Learn to initiate and lead successful change efforts within your organization by building a strong, fluid team that supports your company’s evolving needs. You'll explore current change models in use, the sources for resistance to change and the phases of the change process.
Completion of these programs also provides a way for participants to earn initial or recertification Certified Aviation Manager (CAM) credit.
