Following the Forum, the Fair Chance Business Education Consortium will convene at 3 p.m. followed by a networking reception at 5 p.m. ET.
All Forum attendees are invited.
The Second Chance Forum will bring together employers, academics, business leaders, policymakers and justice-impacted thought leaders for discussions on creating pathways to sustainable employment for individuals with criminal records.
The Forum will offer insights, success stories and actionable steps for supporting individuals with criminal records. Attendees will learn about innovative approaches to second-chance employment, including:
- The role of businesses in building talent pipelines and embracing skills-based hiring practices.
- Successful collaborations between employers and community organizations.
- The role of business schools in educating corporate leaders and the business community on the benefits of second chance employment.
This event also provides valuable opportunities for networking, knowledge-sharing and building a community of champions committed to advancing second chances.
