Executive Director, Career Consultant, Executive Coach

Jen has over fifteen years of experience coaching MBAs – from students to alumni at the most senior executive levels. She is a certified executive coach, career coach, and Designing Your Life coach.

After receiving her MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Jen spent nine years in the equities division at Goldman Sachs. After a subsequent year at a hedge fund, she transitioned to higher education and became assistant dean at Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business Career Center. At McDonough, she spent seven years as a career coach and relationship manager responsible for the oversight of multiple industry verticals, coaching staff, career services for McDonough’s masters of finance program, and alumni career coaching. In November 2015, she became the executive director of The Armstrong Center for Alumni Career Services at Darden. In addition to her MBA, Jen has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Tufts University. Jen got her executive coaching certification (PCC) from the Hudson Institute of Coaching in Santa Barbara, CA.
